Biography

Research in this laboratory is focused on understanding the role of PTEN in protecting the genome, maintaining chromatin architecture, suppressing tumorigenesis, and governing tumor immunity. Our studies employ knockout or knockin mice to model human cancers, aiming to identify druggable targets for precision cancer treatment.
