The Genomics Resources Core Facility (GRCF) at WCM was established in the year 2000 and has been providing state of the art genomics services to researchers internally and externally. The core services include experimental design, sample manipulation, instrumentation, data analysis, interpretation, and validation. The core facility consists of Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer and TapStation, Nanodrop, Qubit fluorometer, QuantStudio 6 Flex real-time PCR machine, Covaris High Performance Ultrasonicator, Drop-Seq, Illumina/BioRad ddSeq and 10X Genomics Chromium systems for single-cell studies and high throughput next-generation sequencing (NGS) platforms which are Illumina HiSeq4000/HiSeq2500 one T/NextSeq500/MiSeq. These services have been critical to the publications and securing of external grants by many investigators in the entire biomedical community.
