Tuition and Fees

The total estimated cost of the 21 months of the program include the following mandatory costs for the current entering class:

Tuition: $88,000
Student Fees: $6,918
Total: $94,918

Graduate student fees cover the Student Health Service, Technology services, Education facility, Library and Administration fees. Student health service fees are required regardless of whether the student obtains health insurance through Weill Cornell or is covered by another plan (e.g. parents’ health insurance). Students must provide proof of comprehensive health insurance coverage at the start of the school year.

Financial Aid

Students are eligible for financial aid at each phase. Please note that tuition and fee costs are set for each academic year and are subject to change. Admission decisions are never need-based and we strongly encourage students from all backgrounds to apply. Once a student is accepted, the student meets with the financial aid office of the WCGS to assist the student in planning. Financing may include, but is not limited to:

Student Loans: for example: a maximum of $20,500 in Direct Unsubsidized Loan and up to the full cost of attendance (tuition, fees, room, board) with a federal Graduate PLUS loan.

Work study: Year 2 students will have an opportunity to be a Teaching Assistant (TA) to courses in the Year 1 curriculum ($5,000 per class, maximum of 2 courses per Year 2 student).
