Course Description

This short course will cover a range of special topics in biomedical imaging that are not included in the other course offerings. Lectures will include topics that are of current interest to investigators engaging in biomedical imaging research as well as topics of interest to the practicing professional medical physicists working in biomedical imaging. It will be offered in the summer semester after the courses on all imaging modalities have been completed in the previous two semesters.


Course Objectives

In this series of self-contained lectures, the goal is to broaden students exposure to topics related to biomedical imaging that will potentially aid in choosing a career path.
