Tri-Institutional Professional Skills Development Workshop

The Tri-I (Weill Cornell Medicine, Memorial Sloan Kettering & The Rockefeller University) is hosting a professional skills development workshop, "Distilling Your Message", for participants to learn how to speak clearly and vividly about their work and why it matters, in terms non-scientists can understand. This Alan Alda Center for Communicating Science workshop is a "must" for all scientists. The ability to communicate directly and vividly will enhance your career prospects, help secure funding and collaborations across disciplines, and create effective science educators.

James Rea a communications coach with his own consulting practice and >20 years of experience will lead the workshop.
