J. Emilio Carrillo, M.D., M.P.H., is Associate Attending Physician and Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine and Clinical Public Health at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He also serves as President and Chief Medical Officer of the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Community Health Plan, the Hospital's managed Medicaid program. His research focuses on race, ethnicity and barriers to optimizing healthcare.
