Each student enrolls in a mentored research project course every term, and must complete a minimum of 6 total credits in research for the degree. The project is hypothesis driven, and must demonstrate proficiency in statistical and analytic methods, incorporate current scientific evidence and apply a robust experimental design. The project culminates in a thesis. Students are strongly encouraged to disseminate their work for publication.
