SE1 PAS 6000 PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT SEMINAR

This course prepares the student to understand the role of the physician assistant in 21st century healthcare in the United States. Topics are addressed such as professionalism, legal aspects of health care, use of medical literature, familial and cultural components of health care, medical ethics, health promotion/disease prevention and patient education. (2.0 credits)
