Guiding and learning from folks who are at the peak of their creative powers.

What is your proudest accomplishment at Weill Cornell thus far?  

Having had the opportunity to mentor 12 PhD graduates through their theses

What advice would you give to applicants?

Know your strengths well and your weakness better, then build on that.
